For those of you who may not have had the pleasure of seeing them up close and personal...

Another thing we are working on...


Now it may look like Isaac is going somewhere...but he isn't quite there yet. He has a good rocking motion going and can also move his knees in the right way, he just can't seems to figure out what to do with his arms! It won't be much longer until we are chasing after a certain someone!

New Favorite Color

Isaac has discovered orange...and by orange I mean carrots! On Sunday Isaac got his first taste of the "yellow food group" and boy did he love it! He didn't even make that "what is this?" face, he just kept smiling and opening his mouth for more! It was pretty cute!

Next on the menu...squash, sweet potatoes and if all goes well the "green food group"!

First 4th of July

So I don't think Isaac is a huge fan of the holiday...yet! I imagine that it won't be too long before he will be very into it...just like Garret, Hudson, Callista, Daddy, Chase, Jamie, Nate (even though he wasn't with us! I'm sure he will teach Isaac, some things!)... But thank goodness Mimi Gladys was there!

We Are Finalized!

Today was a big day for our little family! Today we went before the Judge to finalize the adoption of our little man! The court process was pretty short and sweet, but it means the world to Justin and I!

I will add some photos shortly...our camera batteries went dead...so I have to wait for photos to come in from the other photographers in the court room...thankfully there were plenty of them!

Some highlights...Isaac got to chew on the Judge's gavel, I got to sit in the Judge's chair, Hudson learned a new word, and we were very close to needing to change a diaper in the court room (thankfully the women's restroom had a changing table, whew!)
