There was continuous worm hunting. Give the boy a shovel, some dirt and he'll find worms! The only drawback to this experience is that if you go inside to, say change out the laundry, he will track you down with his latest find. Worm, dirt and all!
Shocker Madness has taken over our house! It looks like we've even decided to be friends with Wu. Or at least we're willing to stand within a foot of him!
Little Dribblers has started! Ike really enjoyed the warm up before practice started. He scored 6 baskets while just messing around. He made two more when everyone was watching! Not to bad for a first time! He's got the dribbling down, with both hands and while standing still. We'll see what happens when we start moving! His shot still needs some work, but practice makes perfect!
It was spirit week at school. Our favorite days were crazy hair day and pajama day. Pajama day for obvious reasons and crazy hair day for this reason:
Technically he went to school with a nice, standard mo-hawk. But he left school with his hair like this!
Mom got to go on her first field trip with I-man's class. On Halloween they went to a nearby nursing home. Many of the residents lined the hallways and gave the kids treats. I was very impressed at how polite and well behaved the kiddos were. The residents really seemed to enjoy the little visit as much as the kiddos did!
And then it was time for the official Halloween festivities! I give you Capt. America! This boy has some superhero poses that astound and amaze! He's such a character!
